How to request account deletion

Users of Telemetri Bookkeeping can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion

To request deletion:

1. Send an email to [email protected] using the email address associated with your Telemetri Bookkeeping account.
2. Use the subject line Account and Data Deletion Request.
3. Include your registered email address and state that you want your account deleted.
4. We may contact you to verify that you own the account before processing your request.

You do not need to purchase a subscription to request account deletion.

What data will be deleted?

After your request is verified and processed, we will delete your account and associated personal information and other account data eligible for deletion, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Data that may be retained

Certain records, such as financial transaction records, invoices, payment records, or information required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security purposes, may be retained where required or permitted by law.

Any retained information will be kept only for the applicable retention period and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
